Albania is a small country with more mountain than flat land, a long coast on two seas and borders with four neighbours, so a round there is mostly a question of how far you are from Tirana and which valley you are in. These two quizzes cut the same map two ways: the 12 counties to learn first, and the 61 municipalities beneath them, the ones the 2015 reform left, for when the counties stop being a challenge. The municipalities are grouped by county, so what you learn on one carries to the other.
