Estonia is a flat country of forests, bogs and a long Baltic coast, with two big islands off the west and a lake on the Russian border, so a round there is mostly a question of which county you are in and how far from Tallinn. These two quizzes cut the same map two ways: the 15 counties to learn first, and the 79 municipalities beneath them, the parishes and towns the 2017 reform left, for when the counties stop being a challenge. The municipalities are grouped by county, so what you learn on one carries to the other.
