Kazakhstan is the largest landlocked country on Earth, a steppe more than three thousand kilometres across with its people clustered in the south east, the north and around the capital. Three regions were carved out in 2022, so older maps are out of date. These two quizzes cut the same map two ways: the 20 regions to learn first, and the 218 districts beneath them for when that stops being difficult. Both are grouped, the regions into five parts and the districts by region, so what you learn on one carries to the other.
