Nepal is a long, narrow country squeezed between India and China, and a round there is mostly a question of altitude: the flat Terai along the Indian border, the hills and valleys of the middle, and the Himalaya along the north. These two quizzes cut the same map two ways: the 7 provinces created in 2015 to learn first, and the 77 districts beneath them for when the provinces stop being a challenge. The provinces are grouped into east, centre and west and the districts by province, so what you learn on one carries to the other.
