Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is an island nation in the Windward Islands,
between Saint Lucia and Grenada, and its first-level map has six pieces: five
parishes on the island of Saint Vincent, four named for saints and one for Queen Charlotte,
and a sixth that is the whole chain of the Grenadines to the south, from Bequia
down to Union Island.

What you are looking at
The five parishes of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines parish, drawn as the
country draws them. Saint Vincent itself is a single volcanic island about
thirty kilometres long, and the parishes are slices of it. The Grenadines are
many small islands but one answer, so the long string of islands to the south
all counts as the same parish.
The groups are not an official classification. They are the northern parishes,
the southern parishes and the Grenadines, a way to learn the map a piece at a
time.
How to place one
- Start with the Grenadines. They are the only answer that is not on Saint
Vincent, so the scatter of islands to the south is always that one.
- Find Charlotte. It is by far the largest parish and takes
most of the north-east of the island.
- Then the coasts. Saint David and Saint Patrick sit on the Caribbean side
of the island, with Saint Andrew and Saint George towards the south around
the capital.
